bad service

i booked in my brand new 2015 Kia Rio tec at Kia Stikland Service centre for its 10000KM service. picking up the vehicle i discovered that the engine bay was not cleaned. it was sandy and covered in oil in certain places. i spoke to two managers and they told me its not their job to clean the engine bay.
