Bad service

We sent ou Daihatsu Terios in to check the Diff. after 2 days the car have not been worked on. and the said they will work on the car. as they worked on the cat they said that the diff is broken and needs to be replaced. then the guy tell us that they needed to sent the diff to cape town. and that there is no place in helderberg basin that can repair the diff. After several times we webt to the workshop and it is story after stories then they don't have it yet. So the thursday we tell them to put the car together, they dit nothing. We took the car to Autogear in strand and the guy get in he drove the car backwards and warewards. when he got out of the car he said dit we do the clutch of the car and we said yes. he gor under the car and switch 2 pipes , and the car was fixed in 5 min. Now that is what i called service with a smile from nou on i will only take my car to Auto gear in strand .
