Bad service

I am very disappointed by the service that I have received from your Kia tygerberg /Tygervalley dealership. I bought new Kia Rio 2016 model. After 60km the oils started liking, I took it to Fourways Kia and was told that is because they did not tighten the oil cap when they were servicing the car. I returned home but still the oils were still liking. I took it back and they fixed it. On the 17 of june on my way to cape Town, I had a breakdown in Queenstown, the car couldn't move, I called my insurance for assistance but the closest dealership was more than 3hours drive, because I had an emergency to attend to in Cape Town and there was no Kia in the nearby I took my car to super brake and they discovered that the clutch is not in good hands condition and need to be replaced. The car was fixed then I arrived at Capetown. After a month, my car would not start, the car was towed to Kia in tygerberg /Tygervalley that's where the nightmare started, I was told that they suspect that the battery is not charging and I must pay R1900.00 for the part to be fitted. I paid they replaced the battery but still the problem was not fixed. They told me that it might be clutch and that I must pat R3000 in order for them to strip the car and see what the problem is. They quoted me R8900. 00 for the clutch kid. I did not agree with the amount charged for stripping the car so I called the salesperson that sold me the car to speak to them but they got angry and decided to cancel my warranty. Their reason for canceling my warranty was because I fixed my car somewhere. I was desperate and there was no Kia around. They are taking advantage of me because I know nothing about the cars as I am woman. Roland of tigerberg is the one that removed the warranty. I want the valid reasons why they Removed.

The fact is their car have fault and they must take responsibility. Oil leakage and clutch. The car is not even three years old. I want my warranty back and their car to be assesed and fixed.

It has factory fault.

The staff at Kia tygerberg /Tygervalley are very rude and all that they want is charge me for things that are not even issues.
