Bad Service

I purchase a KIA Soul 2018 Tuesday 25 September 2018 and took delivery of my car on the day. I was offered a full tank of petrol R2000 spotters and 2 holidays. I also had a trade in and the money was split between a cash pay out and deposit. On the day I took delivery I asked about the petrol and was told they can only put in R250 at a time and I must get the other R250 when I collect my plates. I completed the spotters form and gave it back Wednesday 26 September 2018. I was told to collect my plates the Friday and petrol. I said I was not available the Friday and will collect the Monday the salesman Riccardo Pantelone agreed. I arrived Monday, no one could find the salesman. My plates has not arrived either. I asked about the petrol and another R250 was given, When I last checked with all the petrol increases R500 does not fill a tank. I just received an apology for them wasting my time and petrol driving all the way to collect plates which has not arrived. I asked about the spotters and told it will be sorted with in the day and my plates will be brought to me. It is now Thursday 04 October 2018, I have sent the manager Drikus Botha 2 emails which he read and did not reply. No one has delivered my number plates. The R2000 spotters has still not been paid out and neither has the money of my trade in been paid. They sold the car to me now they nonchalant concerning the rest
