Bad service

Worst customer service ever I bought a kia rio from them and the sales person named Zulu said there was a spare key when i went to go and fetch the spare key they told me there never was one and one had to made for me they order a new one and its been 3 weeks that im waiting for them to code my key when I get there its the one excuse on the other if the workshop is not closed then the salesman is not there he never answers my calls or messages this is the worst service ever..the government gives beter service
