Bad service

I took my car in this morning at 7am . Was told I would be given a call it is ready for collection and a driver will be sent to fetch me to pick it up. Around 14:00 I get a call that my car is almost done I would be called once it's ready. 16:30 I still haven't recieved a call. I call and get told my car is done and is getting washed, but the driver is not available. I areange my own transport to fetch it. It's not washed properly and the lady assisting me tells me she will fetch the foreman, who then comes with so much attitude claiming the car is washed while I can still clearly see dirt on it. I feel I get no joy eavh time I go to this KIA. I had a question about oil and feel my question was not even answered. The foreman looked like he didn't even care about what I was complaining about.
