Bad service

The service i got @ northclif kia is pathetic, firstly i had to berg 4 my number plates i even got a ticket that i have to pay 4 , secondly they told me to come @ collect the gift pack my self which i was told it will be delivered to never nevertheless i went there to collect it my self i was told they open @7:30 i had to wait for 30mnts without any help i ended up being late @ work the list goes on know i check my rims are not the same i must be the 1 to call them & telling them I'm so tired of them i would recommend any1 to go there 4 anything
