BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed in the matter that the Kia group is handling the so called back order part that we are waiting for on our Kia Picanto, our vehicle has been standing at the panel beaters for the last 2 WEEKS waiting for a side mirror from Kia Roodepoort which is on back order and we are being **** to for the last week about the delivery of the part to the panel beaters, today again we were told the mirror is going to be collected and delivered to the panel beaters and the time now is 16.25 and still no mirror was delivered to the panel beaters spoke to Joyce again and she is telling me that she only have one driver and he is busy collecting and delivering parts ? SO WHAT DO ONE DO REGARDING THIS NOW, WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR SUCH A SMALL PART TO BE DELIVERED SO THAT WE CAN HAVE OUR VEHICLE BACK !!!!!!
