Bad sales tactics

Don't bother doing an online enquiry on a SPECIFIC vehicle, as all KIA dealers do is collect data and try and sell you everything you DO NOT want. Why would the website not provide details on the car you enquire on to the dealer? It is frustrating to get cold called when I asked for a very specific car. Time wasters, its a shame as the cars are good but sales service very despicable.
