bad experience with Kia Umhlanga

Good day My husband bought a brand new car from Kia, its has 8000km on it, the car refuses to start, we took it to Kia Umhlanga, they told us it could be the problem with the key, they recoded the key, the car refuses to start a week later, we now taken it back and have to wait for another 14 days to get a review, I dont think this is fair, we think we should get another car
