BAD DEALERSHIP

My car has been in Kia, Polokwane Dealership service workshop for two (2) months from February and up to, 23.04.2024, the workshop is not able to fix the car. The dealership does not communicate any progress and when we visit them, they are not even aware of exactly what the car needs.

I tried responding to thier latest email but no clarity is given to my questions two days down the line.
