Bad Customer service= Kia Motors Mokopane

<p> I took my car (Kia Rio) for the replacement of the clutch at Kia Mokopane Gert ( ********** 003) on 12-12-2016 as results of that I have noticed there is oil leaks from the car and i took it to nearest Kia dealership in Pretoria, they explained that the shaft seal has been damaged and I now have to pay the money for the repair. I already paid for the replacement of the clutch which causes the seal damaged, I handed over concerned to Kia SA yesterday and nobody has called me as yet. The worst service ever is that the Manager at Mokopane is not willing to take the responsibilities of the oil leak which was caused by them, I am now driving the car that leaks the oils because of his *********** service that i received.</p> <p>Concerned Client</p>
