Bad Customer Service

KIA Bethlehem *** sales consultant Mishack - my mother bought a car last year December and within 2 weeks the car had a problem with Clutch control and we called him to the house he saw the car couldn't move as Gears dont work. he promised to come and fetch it to see the problem and my mother is still waiting. when we call him he promises to come back to us. He never does.
