Bad customer service!

Had such bad experience buying my first car in SA. Was made to wait more than an hour even though I had called the sales man ahead to let him know I was leaving home and would be there in 5 minutes(it’s very close to my home). The sales man didn’t seem to be bothered about my wait and even challenged me to talk to his manager when I addressed the delay. When I did talk to his manager all he said was that he would take over the account! A “nice” first car experience for sure. Won’t be going for a KIA now or in the future....looking for other car brands as we speak!
