Bad customer care and rude service manager

Terrible service at KIA Roodepoort. Service Manger, Manny Gonsalves was extremely rude and dismissive when my sister went to report her faulty car. I was in disbelief as to what quality service stands for and the link to Customer Protection Act. He was so arrogant.
