BAD BAD Customer Experience

My car went to Kia Centurion this week for its 30 000km service. This morning the car smelled like petrol and I drove about 5 km and used 1/4 tenk of petrol! Dropped off my kids at sports and came home. I stopped next to the road and called Centurion branch. They can't help and referred me to Roadside assistance. Roadside assistance said they will send tow truck and tow the car to Centurion branch, however there are unfortunately no one to look at it today and only Monday. I need to make arrangements with Centurion for courtesy car. How pathetic!!! Now I need to let them tow my car and I need to fetch my kids.... HOW???? So I phoned Centurion and what did the lady tell me, Uhm Mam sorry but I can't just dish out cars cos I have also promised customers cars on Monday. Now they are towing my car away and I am without any wheels for the weekend. I am so disappointed in Kia!!
