Back order on parts

I think it is absolutely pathetick that Kia South Africa do not have the neccecary parts in South Africa that needs to be replaced on a Kia Sportage. It will take them 10 working days before the part that I need for my Kia Sportage will arive. So my part have been ordered by the panelbeater on 6 May 2015 and we wil only be able to fit it on 20 May 2015. Now also taking in mind that it needs to be sprayed, fitted and finnished. And also take in mind that I already had the accident on 27 April 2015 and had to wait for the claim to be approved. So maybe after six weeks since the accident happend I can get my car back. Never in my life I will buy a new Kia again. Also will I not recoment Kia South Africa.
