I have just received my new Kia Soul today.<br> <br> Please allow me to extent my greatest thanks and utmost appreciation regarding the service I have received from Ilze Frederich and her colleague Andrew Titus from Kia. The overall process was very quick and efficient. The communication received from them was clear and to the point, with absolutely zero error or any problems whatsoever, something which can and have gone wrong very easily in the past.<br> <br> They are both very warm and friendly people, and it almost feels like I have known them both for many years.<br> <br> This was truly the best experience I have ever had when getting a new vehicle, and I salute them both for making this process so pleasant and drama free.<br> <br> Thank you Ilze and Titus, and thanks to the bigger Kia brand.
