Awesome Customer Service

I want to give Jason Louwrens at KIA Select Diep River branch a BIG THUMBS UP. I bought my Chery Tiggo from him in May 2015 and ever since then I have had such horrible non-existent service from the service centre at Multifranchise Stikland. Even though he is not obligated to assist me, as annual car services or problems with my car is not his responsibility - he has been the one that always helps me. Nothing is an issue for him - he no longer works at the branch where I bought my car, but even now he assisted me with getting confirmation of my factory warranty - as nobody was responding to my emails, calls ever since I dropped my car off at Stikland last Thursday with a leaking fuel tank. I need to say that his customer service is FANTASTIC / AWESOME - all these service centres, especially the Stikland one can learn a thing or two from Jason Louwrens about customer service and how to treat your clients. Thank you Jason, for all your help, even though it was not 'your problem'. I really appreciated everything you did !!!!
