Atrocious After Sales at Kia Umhlanga

We bought a 2020 venue from KIA Umhlanga on the 4th of February and took delivery on the day. On the day we had spoken to the salesman Brain about a scratch on the left side fixed as well as the scratch on the logo, get the service done and to receive the spare keys for our vehicle. Since taking delivery of the vehicle we have discovered grinding noise the gearbox makes when the vehicle changes gears especially with 1st and 2nd. The high beam is non functional and the exhaust sounds like it has a leak.

All these faults were communicated to the dealership and we promised they were going to be investigated on the 45 000 km service which was by the promised by dealership. The agreement was the even though we have taken delivery the vehicle will taken from us for 2 days. In those 2 days the all of these issue will be dealt with. The vehicle will be taken on the 7th of February and the 8th of February to be returned on the 9th a courtesy car was to be provided interim.

The Vehicle was taken on the 7th and the service done on the 8th but the faults were never looked at. The vehicle came back with same faults.

When Brian went on leave we were referred to Ravi Pachai to carry on with us, nothing is even close to materialize

As it stands we are on week 2 and the only thing that has been done was the service *Still have transmission noise *No high beam lights *Sound from the exhaust *No spare key (increasing the probability of theft) *Still has body scratches

We keep getting around between Hyundai and Kia which is very frustrating. After sales of this vehicle have gone from frustrating to to pathetic with empty promises. Which really concerning as we also have 2021 Kia Sonet which we bought in Kia Pinetown and they know how to handle customers and keeping promises.
