Application with banks I didn’t consent for

I asked for one application with one bank. They went ahead to enquire from 3 other banks without my consent leaving me with enquiries on my credit report. Sino didn’t take accountability together with the finance man she promised would call. I am utterly disappointed at this work ethic and their compliance controls are questionable. I don’t recommend anyone to this branch.
