Appalling service from Kia Diep River. Avoid them.

Purchased a seltos from Kia Diep River - was told there is a tracker already installed and I can pay Kia directly for the service (up front for a few years). An entire month later I have heard nothing about my tracker after constantly checking up to get the proof that it exists. My car is now not covered for theft.
