An absurd service lower than unsatisfactory standard.

Bad service ever I have received , my car malfunctioned due to mechanical issue on my way to work it was towed , getting to the nearest dealership requesting a courtesy car unfortunately kia can no longer give courtesy, what on earth should or will use to travel to use I had to use a Taxi when the Car I did not manufacturer it I bought it as a brand new now because it has a mechanical issue it has to be my baby to nurse that how do I get to work .. I was literally dropped off at a taxi rank because the radius where I am does not form part of the drop off , now what irritate me further I have to make a plan to collect a car when I don’t have car . What kind of service is that we paying for these cars to be treated in this manner this is not customer service . How do u expect me to collect a car after a defect when I don’t have the same car they want me to come n collect the car …. This is not a matter fact of a petrol this is just inhumane …. Now tell me how do I cooker the car when I don’t have a car ???
