Always make sure your customers come back for an upgrade…

Kia Motors in Bryanston did me dirty and I will never recommend anyone to go there. So in February this year I bought my fist car ever, imagine the excitement💃🏾 I bought Kia Rio 1,2 which is 2022 Model the day I had to collect my car they told me they didn’t have Gifts they ran out, so as disappointed I was I took my car and my family took pictures of me and my car with no gift. Than a Lady called Pamela who was assisting me assured me that they will deliver my gift as soon as they receive them. I’ve tried so many ways to talk to them asking for it and they will lie to me and say they will send the driver to drop it until today I have not received it. I’m very angry at them I will never even upgrade my car to Kia again. They just don’t care about their customers after they’ve made the sale they just don’t care. I’m really disappointed at Kia🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮😡
