After sales service sucks. Don't ever buy a KIA!!!!!

I was told that my car would be serviced by 2 pm after dropping the car off at 7:10 am at kia umhlanga.

No courtesy calls telling me that the car will be ready a little later.

At 3pm i get a call saying that my car is ready and that a driver will fetch me now.

After clocking out of work for the day i proceeded to wait at the point i was dropped off.

After 10 minutes, i get a call saying that the driver is in Hillcrest( im in mt edgecombe which is 5 minutes away) and that i would be notified when the driver is in the area.

This was unacceptable as I already clocked out for the day and I planned my day based on the car being ready at 2pm.

I was told that they would try to get a driver to fetch me amd that they would call me back. 15 minutes later I decided to call them myself and nobody at the service department answered.. The receptionist informed me that nobody was at their desks and that i would be called back by her. I have not been called back by the service department or the receptionist in the last 10 minutes and i have been waiting outside for 35 minutes .

This is ****ing unacceptable and the most pathetic after sales service I have ever received.

Don't ever buy a KIA!!!!!
