Absolutely NO customer service

I took my Kia is for a clutch shuddering and faulty central locking! I was then told that I could come collect the vehicle on arrival I was told the central locking is a warranty claim and I must wait 7-10 days ( with a car that doesn't lock) I then asked if they would give me a courtesy car as I'm afraid it gets ****** and insurance won't pay and I asked them if they are willing to put in writing I was then told it's not their problem! THE service manager then refused to see us and said he can sit in his office all day and look pretty I am disgusted in this customer service and appalling manager of this department. I will NEVER refer another client to this branch absolutely useless and I will be taking this further!
