ABO****E NO SERVICE

I bought my car from Tata just across the road from kia Randburg. I have been informed that I am only allowed to take my car to kia Randburg. I have done so with all my services, only to find that NONE of the 3 times I asked them to replace my brakes, that it has never been done. I did not check that all the work was done when I collected my car, as I believe when you tell me you have done something, that you have done it. Especially a company like kia Randburg. My car is out of service and warranty today and now they just turn around and say but they did all the work as I asked of them. this is NOT TRUE! If it were true why are they being so hesitant in sending me the job cards and invoices? When I called to tell them about yet another problem that arose on my car, and once again informed them about my breaks, I was just told \Well you are out of service and Maintenance plan
