A diamond in the Ruff

I had a minor dispute with regards to the service plan of my vehicle. The provider of the service plan was unable to assist me and rightfully so as the problem was with the dealership. I was preparing myself for a fight which in today's day and age the customers always loses. I'm previous interactions with this gentleman my outcome was positive, so I decided to turn to him with the latest dispute as well. I was again pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my situation. I would like to therefor take the opportunity on such a Public platform as Hello Peter to complement this Sales Manager. He is truly a diamond in the ruff and is still willing to sort out a problem in a civilized manner, and this alone is a rare skill to have in people nowadays.
