7 weeks and still not repaired!

You can refer to my previous complaint. Immediately after posting my complaint, I received a courtesy vehicle, and was promptly asked to change my complaint to a compliment before I drove out...WOW! And now I get a weekly update via email saying that my car is still not fixed. It has been 7 weeks already! I am appalled that it has been taken to a gearbox shop in Mayfair for it to be repaired! Is this how KIA works? You know there is a problem with the gearbox - it is STILL under warranty! It should be replaced! I was told you were waiting for parts from Korea. That took 2 weeks! Since last week, I was told my car will be ready soon. A promise also came on Monday saying that it could be ready that same afternoon. It is Wednesday and I still don't have it! How much longer should I be waiting for my car?? Is Yvette too scared to talk to me telephonically?<br> Somebody needs to get back to me urgently, and make sure that my car is ready soon! I am paying for my vehicle to be sitting in a workshop! You are about to lose a lot of KIA customers...fix this!
