5 year warranty does not excist

I have a Kia Rio and the clutch has gone at 50k. They say it does not fall under the 5 year or 150k warranty. This should be covered as at 50k a clutch should not go. My yaris clutch went at 180k. I won't touch a Kia after the experience I have had.
