3 month battery replacement saga

When waiting for 3 months for your battery refund from Liquid Capital isn't enough, management at Kia Edenvale are even more pathetic. When escalating my case to the so called Dealer Principal of Kia Edenvale Dean Turnball last Thursday, he know of me and my issue, he assure me he would contact me by 9am on Friday. When contacting him before 9am this morning, the Monday after, he had no idea what he needed to get back to me about. Seriously. What do I need to do to be taken seriously?
