2022 KIA damaged gearbox taking 6 months to repair

Attention KIA International, KIA South Africa and MFC: The gearbox of my 2022 Kia Rio 1.4 At TEC was damaged at KIA Sandton in June 2023 and needs to be replaced with a new gearbox. KIA Head office (Edenvale) completely missed the fact that the gears are skipping. KIA Menlyn managed to find the fault this year. Brings into question the competency of the technicians at KIA Sandton and Head office. Currently KIA Head office is unable to provide a date for the replacement of the gearbox. They gave me a Toyota Starlet (curtesy car) in place of a top of the range 2022 Kia Rio 1.4 At TEC. Please can KIA International intervene in this situation as the date for replacement of the gearbox is DECEMBER 2024, which is 6 months from now. As a reminder, my installments are for a top of the range vehicle. MFC – I have lodged a formal complaint – please respond with the required time. Is it very concerning that KIA South Africa is unable to adequately address customers concerns and appear not even know what is happening.
