2 year battle kia springs/kia south africa ( R300000) later

I hope this mail finds you well which I apologize for disturbing. Mrs. Ferris, I am sending a second mail request as to below mail dated 11TH December 2019 appealing to the attached outcome of my vehicle which we have problems since the purchasing year of 2017. I received no response as to my first mail and hopefully receive any feedback regarding the ongoing issue with my vehicle as explained below. For your information, we are in the new year 2020 January the 11th and still with no vehicle which I am paying for and have no joy of it this is ridiculous, Aas mentioned in my mail below we have proof on a job card for 2016 December for repairing the gearbox with my particulars on the job card I only bought the vehicle in 2017 October month. The dealership sold this vehicle as new to the bank after 3 months the vehicle has been discontinued due to gearbox problems.

Replacing the gearbox with the newer version after the model I bought +- cost R300,000.00 do you think it is acceptable I don't this was not what I paid for. Supposed to be a new vehicle, false info on a job card dated 2016 which I see is ********** matter. The cost of the gearbox is +- 60% more than what the cost is for a new vehicle.

Please as I would appreciate any feedback on my appeal as to the attached previous outcome and hopefully this matter will be investigated in a higher level with immediate effect as I am willing to take this further as where we are currently as I am not prepared to sign for the vehicle once completed at KIA Port Shepstone.
