10 months waiting forvaircon to be fixed

<p>I bought a brand new kia rio in February at Kia Hatfield, Pretoria. The aircon was not working, only realized on my way home. Took the car back two days later and they booked my car. Took it in for diagnosis on the booked date and i was told that the compressor was leaking and could not hold the gas that produces cold air. They said they would order the part.....10months later am still waiting.</p>
