Unacceptable service at KIA SA

My girlfriend bought a vehicle at the Roodepoort dealership only to find out later that it was involved in an accident. The vehicle broke down in only 2 months and was taken to KIA Alberton where they diagnosed that it had been involved in an accident; they provided a report of the vehicle. When approaching KIA Roodepoort, they provided a courtesy vehicle and indicated that they would provide a similar vehicle but have failed and now insist on fixing the vehicle. We contacted KIA SA who have shown minimal to no interest in the matter, we decided to buy a KIA at a KIA outlet because we knew that they are not allowed to to sell previously damaged vehicles from their floor. Being stringed along by KIA SA and Roodepoort is unacceptable and would be very grateful if you could assist now that lockdown will be relaxed to level 3.
