Worst service

I bought a car on early September 2020 and the sales person seemed like a nice person until I have signed the contract, I have been waiting for almost 1 month and 2 weeks for a vehicle registration also a spare key. What frustrates me the most is that I have tried to talk to the manager and he gave me promises of which now seems he cannot fulfil, I have to be the one calling them for updates which are not satisfying to me. I am driving with an almost expired temporary license disk, I am not even able to enjoy my car because of these frustrations.
