Poor service

<p>Took my Renault Duster to Nelspruit Multifranchise for a service on 20 August. What a disaster. Gave them a perfectly good car that never had any problems and got back a car with faulty wheel alignment and a terrible vibration through the accelarator when accelerating. Tried to sort it out with them but due to lack of communication took my car somewhere else to rectify there mistakes. Wheel alignment had to be done again, damaged fender repaired and still looking for the vibration problem.</p> <p>Yesterday I saw that they also did not stamp and filled in my servicebook, not for this or the previous service.</p> <p>First mistake was to take it for service on a Saturday and second mistake was to leave my car with *********** people. </p>
