Spotter payment

I referred a customer to Sydney, she bought car and the car was delivered on the 1 November 2019. As per the dealership's marketing I am entitled to the spotter payment, however, instead of the dealer paying me, they requested an affiliation letter from me. I sent email on Wednesday 6 November 2019, Anthony the manager told me that I will get the money on Friday morning. Today there is no payment and Anthony is not responding to my whatsapp or calls.
