Damaged Car complaint
Dear Hello Peter
I'm writting to you with a desparate heart to please assist my mother. She took her car for service at Kia Motors in Tokai (franchise). On her way back from the service her car , she noticed that her car was heating and had a warning sign indicating danger. She immediately pulled over by the garage and asked petrol attendant to assist. When the petrol attendance was checking. They both noticed that they didn't close the radiator, the car had no water and no oil. She called them to inform them about the situation. One of the guys came to fetch the car the following day (Friday) and they drove together with my mother. She got the car same day. On Saturday when she had to go to church, the car couldn't start. She thought it had a problem. With a battery, she bought the new battery on Monday 01.11.2019. The car still didn't start with the new battery. She contacted them and let them know what the problem was and they asked her to bring the car back to them. She had to pay for towing truck. Since she took the car in no one is informing her what is happening with the car. They giving her a run around as a result she is getting sick about it. She is 62 years old and already spent unnecessary money out of her own pocket to but a new battery and then pay towing truck. They do acknowledge that it was a negligence on their side but it's been weeks and there's no feedback about the car. They are not contacting her. She is the one that has to call them all the time. Please help, she is desparate
