Terrible phone etiquette and terrible service

Spoke to a person named Winnie to book my car in for service and she took my numbers and said they would call me back. I gave them a grace period and they still did not call me back so I eventually had to call them again. Winnie, the same person I had spoken to before, now when I’m calling again says to me “ if you saw that we were not calling you,why don’t you call” she is rude and has an attitude and seriously needs to check her phone etiquette...this is unacceptable!
