Service Centre

I am so disappointed in Kia Fourways Service centre, This was the first time I have taken my Rio in there, the last 2 times was at Edenvale. They provided me with a list of items they had checked and inspected, on there was my back windscreen wiper. I knew for a fact that it needed replacing, the service centre assured me everything was A okay. True bob the windscreen wiper was hanging lose... If they can not check and inspect such an obvious thing, how can I trust they serviced my car with the care and attention to detail that is required!! A few weeks later I decided to take it in to get the wiper replaced at another branch- The service centre requested my services book, I then discovered the book had been ripped, a few pages torn... Thank you Kia Fourways for respecting my property and treating it with respect... I for sure will never be walking through your doors again!!! I highly recommend if you are taking your car for a service please take the drive to Edenvale!
