Kia motors spotters fee *****

I'm a car spotter that sold a car for Kia motors in fourways recently and still haven't got my spotters fee. I filled in all the documents and emailed them whatever they had asked for and still haven't received my fee. Everytime I call to ask about that they tell me the guy who handles that isn't at work yet. This has been going on for almost 2 months now.
