Kia Motors Fourways bad service

I took my car there for service and I ended up paying for the money that I was not supposed to pay for, the lady who was assisting me said I will get my money in 2 days time ,even now I still have to call for my money back. This inconvenienced me financially and having to make endless calls is also exhausting.
