Warranty issue

My one year new Kia picanto which is still under warranty, engine overheated and damaged, Kia doesn't wanna cover costs to replace with new engine, they have dragged this matter from the 5th of January till today the 26th of January, they haven't even provided the report of damage I've been demanding from them, lastly, If i don't call them, they never communicate.
