Renault Energy zen is not a vehicle but a disgrace, I will be paying the 4th installment on vehicle that is parking.i can't drive it it's a risk to my life

I bought Renault Kiger Energy Zen at Kia Multi franchise Bethlehem in December 2023..January 2024 I took the vehicle back to them, it was having very huge awful sound when reversing of which I am told it is from between gearborx and engine They check and tell me that it' is nothing serious . Two weeks after the sound became very bad I took it back again they told me they have to take it to their workshop for their mechanics to check it thoughrouly and they give me a date for October, I drove it like that until given date of app, on the day of appointment they checked vehicle iand tell me that all Kiger Energy Zen are having that problem they further tell me Renault gave them mandate to not fix this problem as they are not yet having a solution to it. The receiptionist draw a file and hand me a letter that was from Renault South Africa whereby they acknowledge the Vehicle of this mpdel ame with this problem from manufacturer and they are not having a solution it. That's when I decided to request Miosa to intervene and instruct them to take back their car and settle all the debt including short falls. It's the fourth month I am waiting for this matter to be resolved. The manager who is responsible for Renault cars gave me attitude many times I go to consult with him and he doesn't care about customers, er
