Refund

I bought a new car from Kia Bethlehem and it was delivered on the 11th of May everything went well with the sale and delivery of the car and I was advised to go and register the car and that I will be refunded my money back. I went to the traffic department on the 20th of May and I registered the car and got license plates as well, I sent the guy who helped me with the sale the 2 receipts to show that I have done what was needed on my side and he told me that payments get processed on Thursdays so I will get my refund on the 26th. I waited until the 26th and I sent him a message asking for proof of payment and he told me the payment was processed and that I will be getting it shortly when I checked on Friday the 27th I still had not received it and when I asked him he said he will follow up and get back to me, I didn’t hear anything from him after that so I sent another message on the 30th informing him that I haven’t received anything from them and he told me there was a problem with their internet banking and that the payment will be processed on Thursday the 2nd and I will get the money on Friday the 3rd. It is the 4th of June today and I still have not received anything not even the proof of payment and this has been such an inconvenience and I honestly did not expect this from such a big car branch.
