Kia Bethlehem refusing to pay back money.

I am struggeling to get my money from Kia Bethlehem. Gerhard Botes the sales consultant requested that I pay the amount I was supposed to pay as Deposit for them to keep the Kia Sonet for me till I can take up the new contract. Gerhard nagged me to pay the monies and first said they will keep the car till, as arranged, my property purchase is done. Close to end of Nov the consultant started to put presure on me to take the car. First the insurance was high and after that I learned that I must still wait 3weeks before I can sign the contract for the Sonet. I informed Gerhard that I will rather withdraw my offer and he can sell the car to someone else. From then, I requested a payback of my 20k, but have not yet recieved it. When I try to call, the phone gets put down in my ear or they keep on making promises to send proof of payment but nothing, it feels as if they are now trying to be spitefull in not paying my money because I did not take the car. This is so sad that I get treated this way just because I HAD to withdraw my offer , this was out of my hands. I will still buy a Kia but not at Kia Motors Bethlehem. I have been waiting for more than a week for my money to be paid back.
