Very Dissapointed and would never recommend them!!!!

I bought a second hand vehicle from them on the 10th of March 2023. I was promised a full tank of diesel, spare key, license disc papers and brackets that had to be replaced on the vehicle - i never received all those on the day i collected the vehicle and when i asked them, they forgot about the full tank diesel and the other items will they courier to me. I wrote that promise of a full tank diresel off because I don't really go to Gauteng if it isn't an emergency.

From the 14th of March 2023 i was in contact with them everyday to ask where my license disc paper are, the bracket that had to be replaced as well as the spare key.

On the 27th of March 2023 i still didn't have any feedback about my license disc papers and my temporary license is expiring on the 31st of March 2023.

The 28th of March 2023 I received my natis documents and they asked me to do an application for my license disc because they are based in Gauteng and I am in the North West province but they promised when i do my license disc and my number plates - i have to forward the bills for everything and they will refund me.

On the 6th of April 2023 I Whats App'ed the bill for the license disc and I didn't receive any feedback from them.

From the 11th of April 2023 till the 12th of April 2023 i asked everyday for the following: 1) The bracket that had to be purchased 2) My vehicles service book was missing 3) My vehicle's spare key 4) The refund of the license disc.

On the 14th of April 2023 when I asked again about the refund - they told me that I had to fill in an indemnity form (which I never received and they never asked if I received it).

On the 18th of April 2023 I asked about the bracket that had to be sent via a courier and again the waybill number never reached me. From that day forward I was asking everyday and on the 21st of April 2023 I received the parcel with everything but the spare key they sent didn't work on my vehicle.

The same day (21st of April 2023) I informed them that the spare doesn't work on my vehicle. They told me that they are going to call a Ford dealer near me to order the correct key for my vehicle and I don't have to pay for it.

I understood that there were a lot of public holidays in April but till today (8th May 2023) I haven't received my refund or my spare key.

I am really angry and dissapointed and would never recommend anyone to buy vehicles at Kia Alberton.
