Poor service

I took my car to service on the 4th July 2023, when I get home I remembered that I forgot money in the car and I immediately call the dealer to notify them, to my surprise I was told there is no money in the car, where's I knew exactly where the money is and how much it was. I know its my responsibility as a customer to remove my valuables but I forgot it and I thought calling the dealer and notify them will help but I was told there is nothing they can do since they always advise customers to remove their valuables and its not one person who works on the vehicle. I am not happy about how the matter was handled and would like to be refunded.
