Pathetic treatment

I Mikateko Eunice Maheso went to Kia motors alberton to buy a car,met a sales person by the name of Duncan Boya,I fell in love with kia Rio 1.2 ls 2020 model and was told it was on special for the amount of R269 000,and he promised he will give it to me with extras but tinted windows will be free,ok during the paperwork he only showed me where to initial and sign,he never cared to explain the actual contract,I collected the vehicle on Monday 1st of September,only got emailed the contract on the 5th of September,upon reading the contract there was a R95000 balloon payment which I knew nothing about,when I went back I was told I signed for it and there was nothing they could do to help,the manager by the name of Nisha insisted nothing could be done,it was too late,how pathetic that was,the treatment was too bad and now I'm married to the car
